    I workout 5 times per week at the gym normally but with Covid I have adapted to home exercising with some dumbell and other equipment. I also like hiking, particularly when I go to Mexico each winter. I also do some cycling and running.

    I do 45 minutes rigorous workout every morning and play golf on the weekends to keep me fit and healthy. I am on a healthy diet on the weekdays but enjoy delicious meals and wine with friends on the weekends.

    I'm very into having a good relationship with food, meaning no fast food or processed food unless special occasion.. no soda... no candy or chips. I take yoga twice a week and I do enjoy working out but only socially with friends. Maybe once a week by myself lol

    I am a pescatarian and I work out 3-5 times a week. I am currently recovering from a Tummy tuck that I had a few weeks ago. I got this surgery after losing 100 lbs in 2020 - it was a gift for myself. I cannot wait to recover completely so I can go back to working out.

    Tennis 4 to 5 times a week. When I'm not playing tennis I'm walking. Wish I could say I'm at the gym at 6 AM but I did that a long time ago for years and I guess I want to sleep nowadays lol. Oh the good'ol days :-)

    I often go to the gym, when I'm not in the gym I'm running or going for walks. Exercise for me isn't just about keeping my body in shape, it is something I simply just like doing and It's a good way to keep my mind clear.

    Starting to go to the gym more recently with my sister. Getting ready for hot girl summer :) She will probably come with me on dates if you request it so you can have double the trouble. She's just like me so its a win win

    My biological age is 11 years younger than actual so this is what I say to this heading. Drink alcohol very moderately and stay off the carbs. Ditch the sugar as much as possible. Forget the takeaway fried junk. Its important to build and maintain muscle and metabolism with weight training and regular walking is great for allover health.

    well i have always worked out to the extent of me not taking some meals just to keep fit ...... so i make sure i exercise regularly in as much that im not busy with work ......so i gym regularly just to keep fit always ok

    Some people try to look this good, but for me it's natural. Also a lot of random dancing and going to parks at midnight for fun. It takes a lot of confidence and persistence to maintain a body like this.

    I'm not looking for perfection guys, but I am trying to reduce some fat I have on me by eating all the hi cholesterol and fattening food.(No just kidding:). I do have a lil extra, but ALL THAT MATTERS IS WHAT"S INSIDE OF YOU!!!!!! But, I'm all in if you want to help me get back my body i used to have all my life.For my age i think i look good but need a partner to help me achieve that goal again.

    I love Barre. I recently got a membership at the YMCA and I try to go at least once a week. It works muscles you didn't even know existed. I will also do weights at the gym and the stair master or elliptical.
